At Thomas Earnshaw, we strive for excellence in every timepiece; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the watch is unworn and securely placed in its original presentation box, including all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films.

• 3.
  Label and Dispatch

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
